固定化Brucella sp.GXY-1降解苯酚的特性及其动力学研究

Abstract: 利用大孔网状载体固定苯酚降解菌--布鲁氏杆菌(Brucella sp.)GXY-1菌株,并对固定化菌的制备条件及固定化菌降解苯酚的特性进行考察.结果表明,固定化菌株的最适温度为25~35℃,最适pH为7.0左右,摇床转速为150 r/min,最大耐盐度为2%,比游离态菌株更能适应环境变化.固定化菌降解苯酚的速率明显高于游离菌,降解过程符合Andrews抑制模型,确定了模型参数:qmax=2.932 h-1,Ks=286.227 mg/L,Ki=97.720 mg/L.
