Abstract:It is meaningful to improve bioremediation for the deleterious xenobiotics which is as a major threat toenvironment and recalcitrant. Advance in research of catabolic pathway and regulation such as metabolic and gene control forbiodegradation of xenobiotics was summarized. Applications of functional genomics, metegenomice and proteomics in thefield were also reviewed.
