肠杆菌CB-2的生长特性及质粒特性

Abstract: 为研究微生物对氯苯的降解特性和生长特性,采用从活性污泥样品中分离得到的一株肠杆菌CB-2对氯苯进行降解实验.结果表明:肠杆菌CB-2在氯苯质量浓度为100mCL的无机盐液体培养基中,24 h内对氯苯的降解率可达81.2%;肠杆菌CB-2不经诱导抗氯化汞的能力达20 mg/L;可以耐受的氯苯质量浓度为500 mg/L,并具有较宽的底物利用范围.为确定降解基因的位置,采用苯甲酸钠法对肠杆菌CB-2进行质粒消除.实验结果表明,质粒与氯苯的降解性有关,而与抗生素的抗性无关.
