纳米复合电沉积制备钢基超疏水表面工艺探究

摘要:A new method for preparing a superhydrophobic Ni?nSiO2 composite coating on a Q235 steel surface is pro?posed. The goals are to solve problems such as the complicated process, high cost, and low efficiency involved in prepar?ing a superhydrophobic surface on a steel substrate and to avoid applying previous single?factor analysis methods. Using the techniques of electrodeposition of composite coatings containing nanoparticles, composite electroplating and composite brush electroplating, appropriate binary micro?nano rough structures on the substrate were constructed to achieve the su?per?hydrophobic performance. A set of relevant technical parameters were also studied to obtain the optimum process pa?rameters through orthogonal test and range analysis. Finally, when the current density was set at 30 A/dm2 , the speed of the anode was set at 6 m/min, and the deposition time was 3 min, the super?hydrophobic surface was prepared with a contact angle of 159.96°.
