Abstract:In order to improve the practicability and operability of the flood control dispatching scheme, a flood control optimal dispatching method based on the sluice gate start-stop strategy is proposed. The method is divided into two stages. In the first stage, we get the flood discharge process under the rule of utmost flood peak reduction, and then get the constraint condition of the gate operation. In the second stage, we find the final sluice gate start-stop strategy under the principle of the number of adjustment of the gate is the least; besides, we make full use of the knowledge of artificial experience. The application example shows that the method is simple but effective, and can realize the real flood control optimal dispatching through providing the gate start-stop strategy directly for the dispatcher.
