Abstract:采用等离子体弧作为热源对低碳钢差厚拼焊板进行弯曲成形研究,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对差厚拼焊板进行弯曲成形模拟.通过分析匀速恒功率热源、变速恒功率热源及匀速变功率热源扫描差厚拼焊板的温度梯度和应力分布,给出了一种较好的拼焊板热成形方法,最后通过试验对有限元分析结果进行了验证.
