阳极氧化法快速制备低粗糙度铝基体硬超疏水表面

摘要:Surface modification of aluminum substrates is prepared by anodization and fluorination.Firstly,the honeycomb-like structures are fabricated on aluminum substrates via anodization with Na3PO4 electrolytes;and then,the rough structures are modified by modifying reagent,which is fluoroalkylsilane with the low surface energy property.The resulting aluminum surfaces are analyzed by scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,optical contact angle meter,digital Vickers microhardness(HV) tester,and 3 dimensional surface profilometer.The results show that when the treating time is 8 min,the honeycomb-like rough structures and the better superhydrophobicity with a water contact angle of 168.1°and a water tilting angle of 1°are obtained.When the treating time reaches 13 min,the roughness(profile arithmetic average error Ra) on the resulting aluminum substrates is just 0.409 μm,and HV reaches to 3 840 MPa.The superhydrophobic surfaces fabricated by the above method have good superhydrophobicity,higher microhardness,and better wear resistance
