Abstract:文章提出了一种基于德州仪器最新TM4C123GH6PM处理器的数字示波器设计。先介绍系统方案，包括信号采样和数据处理两部分；然后对软件设计进行描述，包括示波器各种功能实现的算法以及代码执行流程。所述的数字示波器设计能够实现测量峰峰值、直流偏置以及频率等电信号基本特征量，能够实时显示电信号的波形图像、具有触发功能。
