Abstract:本文给出了场效应管作为开关应用时,驱动电阻、继电器、电机负载的正确接法;利用Multisim软件仿真分析了负载不同接法对负载的影响,分别对N沟道场效应管负载接在漏极和源极两种不同情况给出了仿真分析数据;最后对场效应管驱动负载电路进行了测试,从而验证了仿真的正确性.场效应管驱动负载电路的接法与晶体管驱动负载电路的接法类似,可以进行类似推广,该电路适合电路系统、模拟电子技术、嵌入式系统等实践环节的直流电子开关的设计和实现.
