Abstract: 采用化学镀和脉冲电镀在CFRP表面制备纳米晶镀层;通过对镀层X射线衍射结果的分析得到,该工艺下脉冲电镀得到的晶粒为纳米晶,其尺寸为50~ 53 nm,并随着电镀时间的增加缓慢增加,平均增大速率为1 nm/h;试件粗化、化学镀、电镀后表面粗糙度呈现减小的趋势.化学镀后,粗糙度由1.55减小至1.34 μm,脉冲电镀后,粗超度由1.34减小至0.96 μm.总体粗糙度值减小了36%.
