Abstract:Based on research on relationship between degree of power distribution and organizational performance, we propose that a matching pattern of degree of power distribution and project management maturity will impact on organizational performance from the perspective of enterprise project management. Through longitudinal fol-low-up study of the case, China Petroleum Jilin Chemical engineering and Construction Company limited, we ana-lyze the degree of power distribution and organizational performance in the different level of project management maturity, and explore a matching model of degree of power distribution and project management maturity for opti-mal performance, and propose optimized matching program of enterprise project management based on the model.
