Abstract:某水电站引水隧洞属于深埋特长隧洞,采用敞开式硬岩掘进机(TBM),开挖过程中面临严重的岩爆问题.针对施工中由于应力扰动造成的应变型岩爆,运用RFPA3D分析了预先开挖实验导洞对TBM掘进过程中应力分布影响的规律,对由此造成的损伤区域进行了评估.研究了1号和2号隧洞之间压应力集中导致压致拉裂破坏的原因,发现隧洞间距太小导致塑性区重叠,造成压致破坏.对分步开挖施工角度的模拟分析,获得了脆性岩体开挖前、后的应力重新分布规律和可能发生岩爆的位置.研究结果表明开挖先导洞对TBM在高应力地区施工预防岩爆有积极的作用.
