摘要: Meshing force model of misaligned gear coupling was derived, and dynamic equation of rotor-bearing system considering the influence of misaligned gear coupling was established based on finite element analysis. The influence of misalignment on dynamics and stability of rotor-gear coupling-bearing system was studied with numerical simulation and experiments. Research results show: Although the gear coupling has some misalignment compensation ability, the misalignment can still cause the harmonic vibration of rotor system connected by it, and the amplitude of harmonic vibration increases with the raises of misalignment. During the misalignment increasing of rotor-gear coupling-bearing system, oil whipping and gear coupling self-oscillation affect the system stability alternately or jointly. Therefore, the vibration of misaligned rotor-gear coupling-bearing system which implicates abundant nonlinear phenomena is very sophisticated, and the coupling effect of meshing force and oil force should be considered well.
