Abstract:The transition of coal industry refers to the process that the non-coal industry gradually separates from and finally replaces the coal industry in the development of coal industry It is the inevitable outcome of the economic life of coal industry. This paper starts from the theories of industry economy and escalation of regional industry structure. It has pointed out the power resources of the transition of coal industry and established a kind of technology innovation mechanism focusing on the mechanisms of input, cooperation, intermediary and competition.
