Abstract:Globalization is taking the world economy by storm with great impact and amazing speed. This paper has probed into the growth mode of technological SMEs based on the perspective of economic. globalization. The technological SMEs in growing is more sensitive to the impact of external environment, so.selecting a felicitous growth mode is very important to improve the survival rate of start-up technological SMEs as well as to promote the development of them. A, system model of technological SMEs growth mode has been constructed based on the field theory and entropy principle of physics, in order to reduce the entropy of "Growth Ba". The aim of this research is to provide a theoretical support for start-up technological SMEs to grow more rapidly and healthily.
