Abstract: Based on evolution mechanism of innovation incubation network, this paper describes the process of knowledge dual-distribution and puts forward three object selection strategy. Then the simulation experiment was done. The results show that: Firstly, innovation incubation network with scale-free characteristic can enhance know-ledge level and equilibrium degree of whole network; Secondly, pragmatic strategy based on knowledge potential difference can enhance knowledge level temporarily, but increase the differentiation of knowledge in network;Thirdly, in the long run, confluent strategy considering knowledge potential difference and connection strength is effective to enhance knowledge level and equilibrium degree of whole network.
