The analysis on the relationship between knowledge spillover and enterprises learning in industrial cluster

- 摘要：Enterprise learning is an important way to maintain the advantages in a cluster. It is a serious issue for the clusters of enterprises, institutions, policy makers at all levels to enhance the competitive ability of the clusters through industrial collective learning. This paper established the relationship model to analyze the systemic relation among the variables based on the hypothesis. And through the method of statistic description and correlation, factor analysis, reliability test and the multiple regressions this paper supported some of the hypothesis and denied three of them. From the model we may get some of the conclusions and some suggestions. ?2009 IEEE.
