A Review and Prospects of Sci-Tech Financial Innovation

摘要：Sci-tech and finance are two important engines of economic development. How to make use of the integration between sci-tech innovation and financial innovation so as to promote the development of economy has been a significant field in economic researches. This paper makes an analysis of the research literatures of the sci-tech financial innovation issues within recent few years and discusses four aspects of the sci-tech financial innovation, namely, the relationship inside, mechanism and system, path and model, benefit and risks. The deficiencies of the current studies are analyzed briefly. Besides, the future research prospects of sci-tech financial innovation are put forward to provide essential references and inspirations for further research.
