- 摘要：In this paper, evaluation indexes system for technology innovation capability is established at first. Then factor analysis method is used to make a comprehensive evaluation for technology innovation capability of high-tech enterprises and sort the results. Based on the evaluation results, this paper explores the strength and the weakness of technology innovation capability. And some measures and suggestions are offered in the end.
