- 摘要：Innovation is the driving force for the continuous development of enterprise ,in this paper ,based on the understanding of the conceptual structure of innovation incubation network ,research the creation path of innovation incubation network by TRM . Defining its four formation stages ,they are prototype network stage ,high-speed development stage ,mature and stable stage , upgrade update stage ,as well as incubation points and objectives of each stage .In the end ,draw the creation path map , and point out the critical path nodes .In the fourth part of this paper ,with the creation and operation of DaLian Dual Port D innovation incubation network for example ,put forward the idea of build innovation incubation network between incuba-tors in Dalian ,w hich has a guiding significance for further promote regional economic development .
