Abstract:E-commerce model plays an important role in modern enterprises. The paper reviews the related methods of e-Commerce models recognition and analyzes the core business processes of enterprises based on value chain. Then suggests a classification framework of e-Commerce models for from the core-company perspective and the whole value-chain perspective, which extracts 9 e-Commerce models. Each model has different strategic intends and core competences, which are also given in the end of the paper.
