Abstract:The User Authorization Query (UAQ) problem is among the core considerations in Rbac model, while the restriction and the hierarchical relationship of users, which play as roles, complicate the UAQ problem. Taking the factors of role constraints, authority safety coefficient and role hierarchy into consideration, this paper formulates the user authorization problem into the Duty-Permission-Hierarchy (DPH) model based on the Rbac model. The probability factor is introduced to improve the traditional solving algorithm by gradually pruning the search space through the proposed Reduce Domain (RD) strategy in this study. A numerical simulation case testifies better convergence rate and calculation efficiency of the algorithm. ? 2011 ICIC International.
