摘要: This paper proposes a reliability assessment model of the road in a Chinese container port from the perspective of uncertainty. First, we give a comparison on the attributes of road system and traffic between the port area and the urban area. Causal inference is then introduced to get the Bayesian network topology of connectivity reliability of the road segment in the port area. Based on the analysis and measurement of influence factors, connectivity reliability of both the road segment and different types of intersections can be evaluated, and then the assessment model of the connectivity reliability of the port area road is presented. An application of the reliability assessment model to the real road in a Chinese container port demonstrates the validity of the model. The results obtained from the reliability assessment model are used to help both port planners and operators make reasonable decisions.
