摘要: As an important node for the distribution of world-class logistics, the highly developed seaports have large scales in their own yards and warehousing facilities. At the same time, a large number of large-scale port-based industries are gathered in the rear, squeezing each other's development space with the city, and the conflict is particularly sharp in terms of land use. Under this circumstance, more and more cities have chosen to construct new ports in other locations to shift the focus of production of their ports. This paper explored the driving factors affecting urban land use change through GIS, and compares the shifting direction of the gravity center of urban land use in different periods and scale after the port migration, so as to provide references in the selection of the future location of the port city and the integration of land resources.
