摘要: At present, there is no perfect technical framework for the necessity and feasibility study of secondary reclosing of 220 kV and above transmission lines. There is a lack of in-depth research on influencing factors of the success of secondary reclosing, and it is unreasonable to simply attribute the influencing factor to the length of time delay. This paper takes the 220 kV and above transmission lines of the Northeast Power Grid as the research object. By analyzing historical fault information, reclosing actions and manual reclosing results, the need for the second automatic reclosing of transmission lines is demonstrated. Then factors affecting the success of the reclosing of transmission lines are investigated, and the sequential action process of the second reclosing is analyzed. Finally, a secondary automatic reclosing strategy, including the reclosing method, setting delay and action logic of the secondary automatic reclosing, is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed secondary automatic reclosing strategy has good adaptability to 220 kV and 500 kV transmission lines. © 2021 Power System Protection and Control Press.
