Abstract:B2C enterprises with their own logistics can serve customers through the whole online shopping processes. However, in practice each link (such as order picking, distribution) is optimized respectively. To realize the global optimal and tackle some prob- lems existing in e-logistics, the purpose of this paper is to develop a research framework of B2C e-commerce logistics integrated optimization. Firstly we analyze the B2C e-logistics operation processes from the overall perspective. Then we propose a systematic research framework including the research contents and methods of B2C e-logistics integrated op- timization. The framework consists of warehouse operation optimization, distribution optimization and integrated order picking and delivery scheduling. Finally, a numerical example is created to verify the validity and practicability of the framework. The research theoretically explores a systematic framework and feasible ideas for the further research on B2C e-logistics integrated optimization and in practice provides some decision support to the operation of e-logistics. ?, 2015 ICIC Express Letters Office.All Rights Reserved.
