摘要：Using behavioral research paradigm in emergency decision-making would contribute to narrow the gap between theory and application. We analyze the characteristics of behavioral decision-making in emergency, and propose a systematic research framework including the research contents and methods of this issue. The framework consists of behaviors of decision-makers and victims in emergencies, the design and optimization of schemes considering the behaviors, the deviation caused by behaviors in evaluation, and the behavioral group decision-making in emergencies. Some key problems are also put forward. The research provides a systematic framework and feasible ideas for the further research on behavioral decision-making in emergencies. ? 2014 ICIC International.
