摘要：Some new problems that the logistics distribution enterprises have to faceunder 'mobile business environment are summarized firstly. Based on this, astrategy - the logistics enterprises should deploy the existing resourcesrationally by considering the characteristics of customers' requirements toimprove service level and maintain competitive advantages is proposed. Accordingto the strategy, a resource deployment simulation model of logistics systemunder the mobile business environment by which can simulate the effects ofcustomers' personality requirements and requests on logistics system isdesigned. To verify the validity of model, number of simulation experimentscombining the interactive strategies and simulation optimization method areconducted. Compared with observation data, the optimal results demonstrate thatintegrating the mobile business to resources deployment of the logisticsdistribution system can help firms to acquire competitiveness.
