静电场对介电性粒子沉积影响

Abstract: 利用非均匀电场力控制气-固两相分散系中的悬浮介电性微细粒子聚集形态,分析和探讨了静电场对介电性粒子沉积的影响.首先,经实验研究得到了介电粒子链形成的两个必要条件:有偶极子和非均匀梯度场的存在.然后,利用Al2O3粉体材料制备了纤维网状多孔陶瓷膜.分散在气体中的粒子在非均匀电场的作用下形成粒子链聚集体,沉积在基材表面,形成三维网状结构的多孔性附着层,经烧结,使附着层陶瓷化,增加力学强度,在基材表面得到纤维网状结构多孔陶瓷膜.
