摘要: During the preparation of mono-sized particles by pulsated orifice ejection method (POEM), simulation method was used to study the behavior of the effects of physical properties on the droplet vibration. The way to prepare mono-sized micro particles with high sphericity under different atmosphere was obtained through the comparation the vibration time and solidification time of different sizes of liquid droplets. The results show that vibration existed in droplet during its formation and the shape of droplet changes to spherical with the vibration tends to small. With the increase of surface tension, the vibration frequency increases and the vibration time decreases; with the increase of viscosity, vibration frequency changes little, but vibration time decreases greatly. As for materials with low melting points, it is suitable to choose Ar as atmosphere gas. The high spherical is easier to be obtained when the sized of particle is small.
