Abstract:设计合成了一个萘酰亚胺类SCN-离子探针NNN,其合成方法简单,条件温和.能够在水溶液中专一识别SCN-离子,检测浓度最小可以达到20 μmol/L,随着SCN-离子的加入,化合物NNN吸收光谱蓝移了60 nm,从黄色变为无色,这种明显的颜色变化,有利于可视观察.通过双波长比例变化,可以实现SCN-离子20 μmol/L~0.8 mmol/L范围内的定量检测.SCN-离子能够猝灭化合物NNN的荧光,荧光强度前后变化明显,荧光量子产率由原来的0.33减弱到0.02.通过荧光光谱和吸收光谱两种手段实现对SCN-的检测,选择性好,灵敏度较高.
