Abstract:氟硼吡咯染料近年来备受关注,其自身有很多优势,如:较高的摩尔消光系数;高荧光量子产率;受环境条件影响小;易于修饰等等。但是大部分氟硼吡咯染料的吸收和荧光发射波长都在500-600纳米之间,这就限制了它在生物检测等领域的应用。所以发展长波长氟硼吡咯尤为重要。我们在氟硼吡咯的2,6位用偶联方法分别引入不同的共轭基团,来延长它的共轭体系,得到具有双光子活性的近红外氟硼吡咯染料,并对其
