摘要：Novel n-type star-shaped molecule TriPBI containing a HAT core and three fused PBI "arms" was synthesized and characterized. The n-type charge carrier mobility as high as 3.34 x 10(-3) cm(2) V-1 s(-1) of TriPBI is evaluated by SCLC measurements, which is considerably higher than 8.71 x 10(-5) cm(2) V-1 s(-1) of the PBI monomer.
