摘要：Great changes have taken place in telecom industry environment in the mobile internet era. Based on Porter Five-Force Model, this essay analyses the industry environment from the aspect of suppliers, buyers, substitute products and service, new entrants, industry competitors and the special impact of government policies. Aiming at the problems such as the increasingly lifting bargaining power of buyers, the big threat from substitute products, the fierce business competition between existent enterprises, this essay proposes some strategies for telecom operators based on some principles, for example, implementing diverse services, advancing the market reform, cooperating with mobile Internet companies, and propelling interior synergy management.
