Abstract:设计了一种多功能旋转超声加工装置，可使多种普通机床具有运用旋转超声加工工艺加工硬脆软材料的功能。装置的标准莫氏锥与腔体分离且易更换，超声电信号由电磁感应非接触方式传输至振动系统，振动系统的换能器和变幅杆一体化设计为复合体，并用有限元方法进行优化，工具头用热装方式与振动系统连接。
