Abstract:导电加热切削是通过切削区加热电阻产生的焦耳热,软化被加工材料而改善材料的切削加工性能.在对加热电阻三维建模的基础上,提出加热电阻由金属材料电阻和收缩电阻组成.通过正交回归试验,得到加热电阻的经验公式,证明加热电阻随转速、加热电流的增大而增大,随进给量、切削深度的增大而减小.通过方差分析和验证实验对所建立的加热电阻经验公式进行验证,结果表明各加工参数中加热电流对加热电阻的影响最大,进给量对加热电阻的影响最小.
