Abstract:采用导电加热切削方法对淬硬GCr15轴承钢进行切削试验,分析这种加工方法的可行性,研究了切削量对表面粗糙度的影响规律.研究结果表明:导电加热切削能有效切削淬硬钢,显著降低表面粗糙度值;在较优的切削用量下,表面粗糙度可达到Ra 0.25 μm.
