生物氮气/空气混合曝气OLAND-SMBR工艺脱氮

摘要:In this study, the successful start-up of an oxygen-limited autotrophic nitrification-denitrification (OLAND) process was conducted in a submerged membrane bioreactor (SMBR). Subsequently, the denitrification performance of the OLAND process was investigated in detail. To avoid significant membrane fouling, nitrogen generated from the anaerobic ammonium oxidation (ANAMMOX) process and air was mixed and utilized as the complete mixing-aeration gas. The results showed that during 70 d of operation of the OLAND-SMBR system, the total nitrogen load could achieve up to 0.4 kg��(m3 ��d)-1, and more than 81% of the total nitrogen removal rate was obtained steadily. When the mixing-aeration rate was increased from 0.025 to 0.1 m3��h-1, the membrane cleaning cycle could be extended from 4 to 14 d, indicating that the mixing-aeration method not only effectively mitigated membrane fouling but also provided the required oxygen source for nitrite bacteria growth. ? 2016, Science Press.
