摘要:It is of great significance to comprehensively consider the environmental protection requirements and economic indicators of chemical plant process parameter optimization.Hydrogen production by steam reforming unit as the most important unit is becoming the future development direction of the hydrogen production field.The process simulation method is used to model the hydrogen production by steam reforming unit.Also the effects of the steam to carbon ratio and the reaction temperature on the hydrogen production,the cost of hydrogen production unit,and the ${\rm{N}}{{\rm{O}}_x}$ emission are calculated and analyzed.The multivariate function model of MATLAB regression is used.The normalization method is applied to construct the objective function between economy and ${\rm{N}}{{\rm{O}}_x}$emission.The calculation result shows that the multi-objective optimization depends to a large extent on the selection of economic weightalpha.When$\alpha = 0.5$,the optimal operating conditions are as follows:reaction temperature is 857.7℃,the steam to carbon ratio is 2.76,then the ${\rm{N}}{{\rm{O}}_x}$emission is decreased by 24.76%,with the economic cost increased by only 0.64%.
