Abstract:Greece is the birthplace of western civilization, and the concepts of"democracy"and"rule of law"were born in ancient Greece. The author first discusses the origin and development of Greek democratic poli-tics, and then discusses the characteristics and the influence of Greek democratic politics. At last he analyzes of the ancient Greek thoughts of the rule of law and the rule of law and dispute of ancient Greece.
