磁流变液励磁固化夹持对薄壁件模态参数的影响分析

Abstract: 针对薄壁件加工颤振问题,以磁流变液作为相变装夹材料,研究磁流变液励磁固化夹持对薄壁件模态参数的影响.设计了一套悬臂式薄壁件磁流变液柔性夹具并进行了实验.实验测试了磁流变液的力-位移曲线;基于有限元材料库二次开发,仿真分析了磁流变液夹持下的薄壁零件模态参数变化规律;进行模态敲击实验,验证了薄壁工件模态参数变化规律.仿真与实验结果均表明,随着励磁电流增加,薄壁零件的固有频率增加,系统刚度增大,磁流变液柔性夹具励磁固化夹持效果增强.
