数控机床热误差实时补偿研究

Abstract: 数控机床热误差实时补偿的功能要求温度与热误差的数据采集、温度测点的优化、数学模型参数的估计、热误差数学模型的预测、补偿脉冲量的转换以及误差补偿的操作.根据RDTSC的工作机理,验证RTX运行环境的实时性,windows非实时环境承载灰色关联分析温度测点的筛选优化、RBF神经网络热误差的预估,RTX实时环境承载反馈脉冲的仿制、热误差的实时补偿,数据交换采用共享内存中的等效脉冲数量,从而达到热误差实时补偿的目的,进而提高数控机床的加工精度.
