Abstract: 针对加工残余应力诱因复杂致使其预估难度大的问题,考虑切屑剪切变形和切削犁耕对加工残余应力产生及其分布的主导作用,基于切削作用区域分解策略建立了综合无切屑模型和无犁耕模型的加工过程FEM分析模型,经线性叠加形成表面加工残余应力快速预估方法;通过调整刀尖圆弧半径、切削深度等多个参数,获得了两种因素对加工表面残余应力的影响规律。与测试结果比较,表明所提出的方法过程简洁快速、预估能力强。
