摘要：In this paper, we propose a real-time monitoring system for
   multi-channel fiber optic surface plasmon resonance (SPR) spectral
   imaging. With the use of iHR 550 spectrometer equipped with Synapse CCD
   (area array charge-coupled device, 1024*256 pixels),we can get the
   spectral data of multiple independent channels while keeping the
   advantage of a mono-channel SPR sensor based on the full resonance curve
   measurement. A real-time monitoring system for the control of iHR550
   spectrometer, Synapse CCD data processing and SPR data processing is
   developed based on LabVIEW.
