摘要：This paper mainly discusses the security issue size of the Kunming municipal bonds, the article first analyzes the background and reasons of the municipal bonds in China, and recalls Kunming's urban construction and municipal bonds issued. Then the author uses the KMV model to measure the credit risk of the Kunming municipal bonds and safety issue size. At the end, the paper gives some policy recommendations based on the empirical results.
