摘要：Aiming at the problems of complex temporal constraints in delegation process , which include the time , system resources and conflict events , the detailed characteristics and forms are analyzed ,and the realization algorithm about the role-based delegation model under the complex temporal constraints is given .Through several e-government system applications and tests ,a better performance of the proposed method is shown .
