摘要：It is significant to share information between governmental
   organizations for improving government management and service level.The
   effect of information sharing is determined by the information sharing
   capacity of governmental organizations.To improve the evaluation ability
   of information sharing between governmental organizations,indicators
   which affect information sharing between governmental organizations are
   designed.Then,the indicators are selected by using the traditional
   removing method and interval analysis method based on the weight
   vector,and indicator system of measuring ability of government
   information sharing is presented.In addition,the gray fuzzy
   comprehensive evaluation model of sharing information is built on the
   basis of this indicator system.An example is given to validate the
   effectiveness and feasibility of the measurement model.Combining
   qualitative analyses with quantitative analyses,this model can overcome
   the effect of subjective factors and incomplete information to a certain
   extent and makes the measure results more scientific.
