摘要：Adecision support system to handle criminal cases is designed and constructed based on data warehouse to improve the leading role of information in police work.First,to satisfy the general requirement of decision support system for criminal cases,a hierarchical system architecture is designed based on data warehouse to increase the flexibility and scalability of the system.Then,the criminal case data warehouse model is proposed followed by the data integration method of extract-transform-load ofmulti-sourced and different-struttured data based on ontology layer,metadata and rule layer,and function layer.Furthermore,the function system is designed.At last,the relevant application examples on Dalian Public Security Bureau are provided to illustrate that the decision support system based on data warehouse for criminal cases provide effective decision support forleaders and the front-line police officers.
