摘要:Emergency management has become an increasingly hot issue in relate
research field.This paper analyzes current literature on emergency
management from the perspective of unexpected events and event chains.We
take a systematic theoretical viewpoint and establish a model of
unexpected events and their structural relations.On this basis,we build
a model describing knowledge needs in the process of emergency
management from the point of view of the mechanism of Emergency,which
reveals behavior patterns of event development.The evolution and
formation of chain relationships provides a theoretical basis for
emergency decision-making.An example is given to illustrate the
practicality of the model,realizing the event chain's automatic
evolution and knowledge support.
