摘要：Knowledge is the basis of the emergency decision-making.Aiming at the problem of requiring multi-disciplinary knowledge to support emergency decision-making,on the strength of the knowledge-unit model,the paper built emergency decision-making knowledge model which provide basic support for emergency knowledge acquisition and knowledge fusion accurately,and solve the problem of multi-disciplinary knowledge representation and sharing.From the perspective of system science and management science,the paper introduced a new fusion method considering the fuzziness of knowledge to solve the conflict between the reality and results produced by existing method,which improve the accuracy and scientific of fusion results.Finally,an example of subway fire event was used to verify the practicability and superiority of the proposed model in the emergency knowledge representation and fusion.
